Booking
A minimum stay of 7 days is required. 

Payment
20% deposit upon reservation, balance on return of keys.
The deposit payment is essential to the validity of the reservation.  

Extended Stay
One month minimum. Ask about our special rates (long and busy periods).

The houses are Creole style and the furniture is elegant, the kitchen will allow you to cook your own meals, and receive guests for dinner. 

(Refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, coffee, etc. ..) Three air-conditioned rooms.

Linen, linen table service, tablecloths, mattress furniture, etc. ...

TV, Hi Fi, DVD library.

Telephone restricted to local calls can be called international.

Power is to U.S. standards (220 volts, 50 Hz). 

Swimming
The pools are secured and maintained twice a week.

Garden
The gardens are maintained by a gardener several times a month.
